Daniel is closely involved in the recruitment of attorneys and business support personnel, retention of current talent, alumni outreach and matters such as relationships with the firm's health & benefits partners as well as diversity, inclusion & equity initiatives.
Daniel previously headed the firm's human resources department for the Americas. Prior to joining Shearman, Daniel worked in human resources in the healthcare advertising and media industries.
Daniel earned a degree in employment law, tax law and business organizations at St. John's University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science from Stony Brook University, New York.
