Dan advises on private M&A transactions. 

His experience includes advising across industry sectors, with a focus on technology and communications and private capital transactions. In particular Dan’s practice covers acting on complex multi-jurisdictional technology and communications M&A transactions, and advising international and domestic funds, corporates and investment managers on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings.

Dan has extensive cross-border experience, and has worked in the firm’s London and Sydney offices.

  • Mable Holdings on its acquisition of NDIS plan manager LeapIn!.
  • Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board on the AUD1.6 billion acquisition of the 40 year concession to operate South Australia's Land Services Group.
  • Varley Group as a key shareholder of Tritium Holdings Pty Ltd on Tritium’s merger with a US SPAC valuing Tritium at US$1.2 billion.
  • The lenders to Advent International on corporate aspects of the financing for Advent’s investment in global luxury brand ZIMMERMANN.
