Dominique has experience advising on a wide range of financing matters, including corporate lending (particularly acquisition finance and other event-driven transactions), sustainable finance, fund finance, trade and commodity finance and restructuring. 

She also advises on the banking aspects of pensions matters and capital markets transaction. 

Dominique is recognised as a “Rising Star” and “Associate to watch” for Banking and Finance by Legal 500 UK, Chambers UK and Best Lawyers respectively.
