His clients include infrastructure funds, private equity houses and corporates. He has a particular focus on infrastructure and energy transactions and is a member of our Global Infrastructure Group.

Representative matters

  • Partners Group on its: acquisition of Eteck from Infracapital; Gren (formerly Fortum’s Baltic district heating business); acquisition of 49% of Telepass, the Italian electronic toll service provider from Atlantia; acquisition of CapeOmega, the offshore gas infrastructure platform in Norway; and sale of Vermaat, the Dutch catering and hospitality business to Bridgepoint.
  • OMERS, a multinational financial institution and AXA on the acquisition of Amedes, the laboratory services provider.
  • Ancala Partners on its acquisition with Fiera Infrastructure of Augean plc, the waste management specialist.
  • DWS on the sale of its interest in Peel Ports.
  • The Hut Group on its IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
  • Mastercard on its acquisition of Nets' A2A infrastructure and payments business.
  • Infracapital on its acquisition of 50% of SSE Telecommunications.
