Eleanor is a senior lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, having previously been a debt capital markets Associate and Senior Knowledge Lawyer.
Eleanor is responsible for driving innovation at A&O, working with senior stakeholders to promote the strategic use of alternative resourcing, technology and process improvement. With a focus on practice transformation and continuous improvement for A&O’s global ICM practice, Eleanor works with the firm’s management team as well as our lawyers and clients across the network to ensure that A&O continues to deliver the most advanced, efficient and client-focused legal service.
