Eliana's practice covers corporate law, with a special focus on M&A deals.

She has been involved in several transactions concerning the acquisition, disposal, corporate reorganization and restructuring and joint venture transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

She advises leading Italian and international groups and financial institutions, including private equity and investment funds, listed and private companies and institutional investors, operating in a variety of industries such as industrial, manufacturing, telecommunications, hotel, retail, infrastructures, real estate, techno and bio-chemical and insurance. Eliana has also gained experience in the real estate sector providing her assistance in several complex real estate transactions concerning the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and investment transactions through corporate vehicles and investment funds.

  • Hines and a global alternative investment management firm in the acquisition of the controlling stake of Aedes SIIQ S.p.A., a listed real estate investment company and subsequent mandatory tender offer to acquire the outstanding shares.
  • A global financial services provider in its bancassurance joint venture with a multinational financial institution in Incontra Assicurazioni.
  • Anima Holding S.p.A. in the acquisition of a controlling stake of Castello SGR S.p.A.
  • XGen Venture SGR S.p.A. in the venture capital investment transaction regarding Tes Pharma S.r.l., a biopharmaceutical innovative start-up.
  • Blackstone, a world’s leading investment and advisory firm, through Hotel Investment Partners, in the strategic partnership with Aeroviaggi S.p.A., a leading Italian luxury hospitality group in southern Italy.
