Representative matters

  • Peloton on its USD 420m acquisition of the Precor business from Amer Sports.
  • Wren House Infrastructure on the sale of its stake in Thames Water to USS.
  • Zenobe on its GBP 870m funding round, led by KKR and Infracapital.

Pro bono

  • Elizabeth completed a secondment to Warsaw in 2022 to advise Ukrainian refugees, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
