Emilie is an associate within the ICM team in Paris. She assists banks, corporates and local or regional authorities on vanilla and structured bonds both under standalone format or EMTN Programmes (including EuroPP), as well as liability management operations. 

She is also involved on regulatory and transactional aspects of OTC derivatives transactions (FBF and ISDA). Emilie specialises in international debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance. She advises financial institutions, corporates and local authorities on issues of vanilla and structured debt securities, both under EMTN programs or standalone format (including EuroPP, regulatory capital and commercial papers), including innovative products sustainability-linked bonds and green bonds).

She also assists clients on tender or exchange offers relating to debt securities as well as in matters of general meetings of bondholders (consent solicitations). She also advises clients on regulatory and transactional aspects of OTC derivatives transactions and repurchase transactions.

She regularly assists clients with the negotiation of their master agreements (ISDA, FBF) and collateral documentation (IM and VM).

Experience

Representative matters

The banking syndicate in relation to L’Oréal’s inaugural public bond offering of EUR 3 billion, including a sustainability-linked tranche.

Gecina on the requalification of its entire bond portfolio into Green Bonds (for a total amount of EUR5.6 billion) through consent solicitations of existing bondholders. This was the first operation of this kind in France.

The banking syndicate in relation to Verallia’s inaugural issue of Sustainability?Linked Bonds. This was the first time the AMF approved a prospectus allowing the listing of sustainability?linked bonds on Euronext Paris.

The arrangers, lenders and hedge banks on the financing of the acquisition of TowerTel S.p.A. by Phoenix Tower International, a portfolio company of Blackstone.

TDF Infrastructure (intermediate holding company of the TDF Group, a leading player in France in the field of telecommunications infrastructure and audiovisual broadcasting) on a new bond issue and a tender offer for its existing bonds.

Alliance Française Pro Bono pour les Afghans (AFBA) (French Pro Bono Alliance for Afghans) : helping Afghan nationals apply for a visa to join one or more members of their family living in France.
