Eric Pavlou

Eric supports a variety of sophisticated financing transactions across Australia and Asia-Pacific. Eric provides advice on fund finance, structured finance and corporate finance, assisting investment banks, private capital fund managers and major corporates.

Eric has experience in structuring and implementing upstream and downstream facilities such as subscription line facilities, GP/LP facilities, and NAV and hybrid facilities. Eric has also advised on complex structured finance products, including loan-on-loans, back-leverage, and Holdco financings.

In corporate finance, Eric has participated in advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, and other event-driven financings, as well as on multisource financing platforms.

  • Assisting refugees and asylum seekers in their applications for humanitarian visas in Australia.
  • Preparing submissions for the New South Wales Council of Civil Liberties.
  • Volunteering for organisations such as the Australian Business and Community Network, Wayside Chapel and Greater Sydney Landcare.
