Farah is an associate in the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Group based in Paris.

Farah advises on project finance and development aspects of international energy and infrastructure projects and export finance transactions. She has experience acting for sponsors, government entities, and lenders on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects.Farah’s experience includes advising on various renewables projects (including solar, wind and hydropower), infrastructure projects (including schools, hospitals, ports and telecommunications) and other strategic development programmes, in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Farah is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.

  • DIF Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of two greenfield wind farm projects in Grajewo and Sulmierzyce from OX2.
  • Engie on the development of the Noirmutier Le Treport offshore wind project.
  • The developers in connection with the disposal of a wind farm in Romania with envisaged total capacity of 99.2 MW.
  • A consortium on the development, construction and financing of the Noor Midelt Phase I Integrated Thermal Solar and PV Power Plant in Morocco.
  • An international financial institution on the financing to be provided to an Albanian borrower (a member of the Voltalia group) for the construction and operation of a solar power plant in Karavasta, Albania.
  • Sotra Link on the construction contract and related documents for the Rv. 555 Sotrasambandet road project in Norway.
