Felicity has a global focus and regularly collaborates with colleagues across A&O Shearman’s network to keep clients and colleagues briefed on key developments and trends.

As well as monitoring key legal reforms, she collects data and provides unique know-how to clients seeking to operate employment law policies and employee benefit plans on a cross-border basis. She has developed our “Employment Reorganisation Roadmap” to guide employers on the steps involved where reorganising their workforce in 35 jurisdictions, and regularly conducts global surveys and training.
