JPMorgan Chase, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $1.496 billion first lien secured financing for the acquisition of Kofax Parent Limited by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates Management.

Bank of Montreal, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $1.346 billion first lien secured term loan facility, $300 million second lien secured term loan facility, $225 million revolving credit facility and a $150 million asset-based facility for the acquisition of Bayer Environmental Science by Cinven.

UBS, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $750 million first-lien secured term loan facility, a $300 million second-lien secured term loan facility, and a $100 million revolving credit facility, for the acquisition of Medrisk by CVC Capital Partners.
