Representative matters

International investors in over 10 separate ICSID arbitration proceedings under the Energy Charter Treaty brought against the Kingdom of Spain.

The Kingdom of Morocco in two ICSID claims brought by a Spanish and French investor, involving claims in excess of EUR 400 million.
