George has experience of a wide range of structured finance and capital markets transactions across a range of asset classes and transaction types including RMBS, warehouses and covered bond programmes, both UK and European. 
He works with both investment banks and originators and has experience in a variety of asset classes including residential mortgages, auto loans, non-performing exposures and supply chain finance.

Representative matters

  • Arion Bank on debut EUR300 million covered bond issuance, the first euro covered bond issuance by an Icelandic bank.
  • Arranger on EUR693m Clavel 3 Spanish RMBS, a refinancing of the Clavel 1 and Clavel 2 transactions.
  • OSB on GBP500m PMF 2024-1 UK RMBS.
  • Hellenic Bank on EUR1.4bn portfolio sale of Cypriot non-performing exposure portfolio to PIMCO.
