Graeme MacDonald

Senior Associate

Graeme is an associate in the London Securitisation team. 

He has worked on a range of securitisation deals and his experience includes covered bonds, RMBS (stand-alone), warehouse transactions and general corporate bonds. He has experience of UK, European and international transactions and has spent time on secondment in our Singapore office.

Graeme advises originators, lenders, arrangers and managers on a range of public and private structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a focus on residential mortgage-backed financings in the UK and Europe. Graeme has also spent time on secondment in our Singapore office.
