Hannah has advised clients on various matters in merger control proceedings, market regulation and in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations. She has experience with large multi-jurisdictional merger control filings and complex phase II proceedings with remedy negotiations.
Hannah advises clients on all aspects of competition law, with a particular experience in assisting clients with the self-assessment of distribution agreements. Hannah joined the firm in September 2019 after obtaining a cum laude LL.M. degree in Law and Economics at the University of Utrecht.
