  • Waterland and the shareholders of the Sentia Group, a cloud consulting company, on the disposal of the Sentia Group to Accenture.
  • Ackermans & van Haaren/Manuchar on a complex equity roll-over and new management equity incentive plan (MIP) for over 60 managers. This also included negotiating a market-first tax ruling for management.
  • Lineas Group, the largest private rail freight operator in Europe, on its external funding project.
  • SCR-Sibelco, a global leader in mining and glass recycling, on the sale of their global blast abrasives business by means of a multi-jurisdictional carve-out transaction.
  • A Waterland portfolio company, the leading Belgian-headquartered gaming company Napoleon Sports, on the sale to a Romanian-headquartered gaming group, Superbet.
  • Filip Goos (founder of the Cheops Group) on an equity roll-over/reinvestment alongside with private equity player Chequers Capital and set-up of a new equity incentive plan (MIP).
  • Bencis, on the sale of Abriso- Jiffy to Quva, a Belgian investment fund.
