He advises clients on private acquisitions and disposals, partnerships and joint-ventures, strategic investments and restructurings, with a particular focus on industrial complex operations and the mining sector. He has extensive experience of working on cross-border transactions involving multiple African countries and regions.

Before joining the firm, Hassan worked more than seven (7) years in the legal team of a leading pan African industrial actor.
