Prior to joining as a lawyer in 2021, Hauke worked for the firm as a law clerk since 2018.

  • A real estate fund which was set up for Bavarian pension scheme manager Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) on the Luxembourg platform of Universal-Investment on the acquisition of the Zalando Headquarters in Berlin. Seller of the property is Hines, the global real estate investment, development and management firm, acting for a Luxembourg real estate investment fund.
  • An international real estate investor on the sale of a portfolio of logistics properties located in Germany, Italy and Spain.
  • The fund of a leading real estate service provider on the acquisition of a portfolio of nursing homes in Schleswig-Holstein by way of an asset deal.
  • A project developer on the development and sale of a retirement home in northern Germany.
  • An international developer of logistics and industrial properties on numerous transactions, including on the acquisition of various pieces of land and the subsequent development of several logistics properties and on the conclusion of different lease agreements for the developed properties.
  • A Public Investment Fund on the acquisition of a minority stake in Rocco Forte Hotels.
  • Ivanhoé Cambridge on the acquisition of the H&M logistics hub "Flagship" in Hamburg – its first logistics acquisition in Germany.
  • The financing banks in connection with the project financing of the Hanseatic Energy Hub, which is being developed as Germany's first land-based terminal for liquefied gases by Hanseatic Energy Hub GmbH (HEH) in Stade.
  • Hamburger Energiewerke in connection with the acquisition of Kohlekraftwerk Moorburg GmbH from Vattenfall on March 1, 2023. In addition to the acquisition of shares, the purchase includes the associated property at Moorburger Schanze as well as the buildings and remaining facilities of the Moorburg power plant, some of which will be dismantled.
  • Électricité de France (EDF) in connection with the acquisition of a project pipeline consisting of 17 photovoltaic projects from MEC Energy GmbH (MEC), the German project development company of the Düsseldorf-based MEC Group.
