Helen combines fee-earning work with a significant role in keeping our award-winning team and its clients on top of constant legal and regulatory change in the pensions arena and across related fields including auto-enrolment, data protection, sustainability and ESG, and governance/compliance. 

With career experience in a wide range of scheme advisory and transactional work, including significant involvement in the privatisation of British Rail and in subsequent landmark pensions litigation, Helen brings a constant client focus to her knowledge lawyer role. 

Helen has a strong reputation for technical pensions expertise and is known for her client-friendly explanations of complex pensions developments, and innovative delivery – from training presentations to weekly briefing and key point podcast updates about new developments.
