Representative matters

  • Sandfire Resources on its acquisition and funding of the Minas de Aguas Teñidas S.A. mining complex from Mubadala and Trafigura for US$1,865M. This transaction won Deal of the Year in the 2022 MNN Awards.
  • EFG International, a global private banking group based in Zurich holding 75% of issued share capital of Shaw and Partners, on its acquisition of the remaining 25% of issued share capital of Shaw and Partners which moved EFG to a 100% control position.
  • Mubadala Energy on the sale of a subsidiary Busrakham Oil and Gas (including operated interests in three offshore oil and gas licenses in the Gulf of Thailand that include Nong Yao, Jasmine/Ban Yen, and Manora oil fields) to Valeura Energy for the consideration of approximately USD10.4m plus up to an additional USD50m.
