Irene focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters, advising domestic and international clients on both the buy side and sell side in a wide range of sectors, including technology and energy.
Prior to her joining a law firm, Irene worked as in house counsel in the corporate department at a Fortune 500 company, working on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital matters, and joint ventures. Irene graduated from The University of Texas School of Law and New York University Stern School of Business. She speaks Mandarin fluently.
