Isobel advises on cybersecurity matters, working with clients on cyber risk management, incident response and post-incident disputes.

Isobel helps clients understand and manage the legal, regulatory and liability risks of cybersecurity incidents (with particular experience in cyber extortion cases involving malware and data theft). Isobel’s work covers all stages of the cyber lifecycle, including advising organisations on pre-incident preparedness, managing and containing cyber incidents as well as assisting with regulatory investigations and data breach claims following an incident. 

Isobel also has experience advising on a range of contentious matters, with a focus on commercial insurance disputes.
