He has experience across a variety of corporate finance disciplines, specialising in advising corporate clients and investment banks on a wide range of equity capital markets transactions. Jack also focuses on providing regulatory advice to listed companies on corporate and governance matters, and has experience in both public and private M&A. He also spent time on secondment in the Investment Banking Legal team at Peel Hunt LLP during 2022.
