Jaime is an employment lawyer in the Employment department of A&O Shearman in Madrid.

He has six years of experience in providing labour and social security advice to both national and international companies. He has been involved in pre-litigation procedures, disputes, redundancy negotiations, labour inspections and drafting due diligence reports on the labour aspects arising from M&A transactions.

He also has experience in advising and supporting clients in restructuring and collective bargaining processes, such as dismissals, substantial changes of working conditions, negotiation of collective agreements, etc. Jaime advises multinational companies from various sectors, many of which are in the financial, pharmaceutical, aviation and audiovisual sectors. He regularly advises in two languages: English and Spanish.
