Jeff is a partner in the US Capital Markets and Global ECM Group, and advises companies, sponsors and investment banks on a wide range of international offerings of equity, equity-related and debt securities.

He also advises clients on cross border mergers and acquisitions and on-going compliance with U.S. securities regulations.

Jeff has more than 20 years experience advising clients in both the developed and developing markets on complex and innovative multi-jurisdictional securities offerings.

His capital markets experience includes advising on IPOs, rights issues, placings and open offers, accelerated bookbuild offerings and other private placements.
