Jeffrey advises financial institutions, corporates and individuals on a wide range of contentious and risk advisory matters, with a growing focus on the telecommunications, media and technology sector. 

Jeffrey has experience in advising clients on anti-bribery and corruption law, competition law, contractual disputes, criminal and regulatory investigations, cyber fraud, data, debt and asset recovery, employee misconduct, insolvency and regulatory compliance. He has also spent time on secondment to the legal team of a cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform. 

Jeffrey speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

  • Working with the Hong Kong Equal Opportunities Commission on a report regarding recognition and treatment of relationships under Hong Kong law.
  • Advising a non-governmental organization on the stop and search powers of the Hong Kong authorities.
