Jess is a technology, data and intellectual property lawyer. 

She has experience advising on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and transactional matters in APAC and the UK/EU, including assisting clients on technology collaborations and joint ventures, IP licensing arrangements, cloud-computing, outsourcing, data privacy and cybersecurity.

Jess has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements in technology-rich sectors including, IT, life sciences, fintech, manufacturing and supply, e-commerce and telecommunications. She regularly advises businesses on separation and transition issues for M&A transactions, complex data sharing arrangements and emerging technologies, including AI.

She has spent time working in the in-house legal team of a cloud management and IT services provider and has been seconded on three occasions to a television broadcaster, live entertainment provider and a global recruitment agency.
