John is an associate in the Advanced Delivery Legal team and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. 
He joined in May 2015. John has worked for major financial institutions on a wide range of capital markets transactions. He has particular experience working on updates to euro medium term note programmes, structured products, securitisations (including residential mortgage- backed securitisations and warehouses), standalone transactions and supplements. John is involved in managing the approval of prospectuses filed with both the UK regulator (the Financial Conduct Authority) and the Luxembourg regulator (the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). He has experience in the review and negotiation of initial margin and variation margin documentation. John has also assisted with central counterparty rulebook reviews for a major investment bank. He has been on a number of internal secondments to the Corporate Trust and Securitisation teams. John has also been on a number of client secondments assisting with the review of project finance documents for a major investment bank and the review and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements for an investment management firm. He also has significant experience working on large-scale document review exercises for the litigation department, including a number of anti-trust matters and regulatory investigations. John specialises in structured finance and is a senior member of the ADL ICM team.
