John helps clients solve problems and navigate complex commercial disputes across all business sectors, with a particular focus on energy & resources, infrastructure and technology.

He has an active regional practice spanning Japan and Southeast Asia.

Based in the region for more than a decade, John has represented clients in, among other things, joint venture disputes, shareholder disputes, high-value construction and engineering disputes, post-M&A warranty and tax indemnity claims and general contractual claims. He regularly provides strategic advice and coordination on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes.
