Jonathan has over 30 years of experience advising major corporate clients and financial institutions on a broad range of business critical disputes and investigations. 

Jonathan advises on corporate disputes including those arising in the acquisition and disposal of businesses and companies, the failure of joint ventures, claims arising out of the insolvency and reconstruction of corporate entities, antitrust litigation, group litigation, and fraud claims, as well as leading multi-jurisdictional corruption cases and other criminal investigations.

Jonathan is recognised as one of the leading litigators in the UK. He is ranked as a leading individual for both commercial litigation and financial crime in Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK.
