Jonathan has experience representing publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms and other investors in complex domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional matters, including private equity sponsored transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional reorganizations. He also works with venture capital funds and emerging companies in connection with fundraising, governance and investment activities, and has experience providing general advice to companies on corporate, operational, and governance matters.
