Julie advises French and foreign corporate companies, investment funds or institutional investors in connection with their corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, consortium and shareholder arrangements, with a particular focus in the infrastructure sector. 
She also assists international clients on group reorganizations and general corporate matters.
 
Over the last years, Julie has been largely involved in matters on digital infrastructure, telecommunication, transport and mobility fields.

Representative matters

  • Bolloré on the EUR5.7 billion disposal of Bolloré Africa Logistics to MSC.
  • Bolloré on its divestment of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA-CGM on the basis of an enterprise value, net of minority interests, of EUR5bn.
  • Electra, European specialist in fast charging for electric vehicles, on its third fundraising for an amount of EUR 304M invested by Dutch pension fund PGGM. This is the largest equity fundraising in France, and the second in Europe in the charging sector.
  • Infrared Capital Partners on its investment in Altitude Infra, which notably owns and operates FTTH network in France.
