Julien advises on a wide range of regulatory matters, mainly related to investment services, investment funds, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, banking activities, payment services and Fintech & crypto-asset services. 

Julien also has experience in advising international clients and alternative investment funds on cross-border investments, including the structuring of international acquisitions via Luxembourg investment vehicles.
