Julien advises corporates and financial institutions in relation to their capital markets transactions, notably in relation to debt instruments (debt securities issuances, Euro PP, EMTN programs, hybrid capital, negotiable debt instruments, liability management) and equity-linked securities (convertible or exchangeable bonds, warrants, certificates).
