Representative matters

  • Intercontinental Exchange in its acquisition of American Financial Exchange, a self-regulated electronic exchange for direct lending and borrowing for American banks and financial institutions, from 7RIDGE, a private markets asset firm.
  • Assistance for various companies on their SEC public disclosures.

Pro bono

  • Supporting the New York Civil Liberties Union in its project addressing allegedly racially biased practices in police departments in New York State.
