Katharina advises on all aspects of European and German Competition law. She has experience advising on merger control proceedings and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) proceedings as well as on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, while also advising clients on follow-on damages actions and distribution agreements.
She has worked with German as well as international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including energy, FMCG, industrials, technology and many more.
