Katie has experience advising employers, in both the public and private sector, on all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
She is an experienced litigator acting on behalf of employers in discrimination, unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims, and has conducted high-profile investigations into sensitive workplace conduct issues.

Representative matters

  • Represented a financial services company in their defence of a race discrimination claim in the Employment Tribunal.
  • Advised an insurance company on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and acted for them in respect of a breach of non-solicitation clause.
  • Advised a government body in an inquiry into various of breaches of their code of conduct.
