Kayleigh regularly represents a large number of private equity investors such as 3i, Advent, Bridgepoint, Equistone, Exponent, IK, NPM and Providence (and a number of their respective portfolio companies, including Action and Caldic). In 2022, she worked in the private equity team in the London office. The Legal 500 ranks Kayleigh as a Rising Star for Private Equity.
