His practice also includes advising clients in investigations pertaining to U.S. federal regulations and in commercial litigation.
 
Kyle has represented and advised a range of sovereigns, international organizations, and multinationals on issues of international and U.S. law and in public and private fora. His practice spans multiple industries, including infrastructure, telecommunications, commodities, energy, medical devices, technology, and others.
