Lamya Kerroumi

Senior Associate

Lamya is a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A, capital markets and corporate law.
She has extensive experience in advising Moroccan and international clients on transactions across various sectors, such as financial services and IPOs, having been involved in most of the operations in the Moroccan market in the last decade. She also advises regularly clients on other capital markets transactions, such as bond issuances and private placements.

Representative matters

  • TGCC on its IPO on the Casablanca Stock Exchange for a global amount of MAD600million (more than USD60m).
  • A pool of Moroccan institutional investors on theiracquisition from the Wilmar group of a part of its stake in Cosumar S.A., a company listed in the Casablanca Stock Exchange, representing 30.05% of the share capital, in consideration of a price of circa. USD 600 million.
  • Fonds Mohammed VI Pour l'Investissement in relation with its incorporation (fully owned by the Moroccan State), a key player in strategic investments in Morocco in the industry, infrastructure, PPP, agriculture and tourism sectors.
  • The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco as well as a consortium of the country’s leading banks Attijariwafa bank, Bank of Africa and Banque Centrale Populaire in connection with the setting up, in collaboration with Recipharm AB, of Sensyo Pharmatech S.A, of a contract manufacturing organization dedicated to Morocco and Sub-Saharan Africa for the development and operation of a new fill & finish vaccines and biologics facility in Morocco involving a global investment of EUR500 million.
