Laura has a wealth of experience on a wide range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, equity finance, joint ventures, growth and venture capital investments, group reorganisations and general corporate advisory work. Laura has particular experience in the TMT sector.

Laura is adept at project managing the large due diligence and other document review exercises handled by the ADL team and has a particular interest in artificial intelligence and the use of tech-enabled solutions.
