She is a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales.

Following a secondment to Citibank in 2017, Lila became more aware of the future of law and the enhanced legal services the firm could provide to clients. Her move to Project Management was inspired by an interest in the firm's potential to innovate.

Lila enjoys working on the largest and most complex matters at A&O Shearman. She works closely with A&O Shearman, lawyers and clients to ensure that the delivery of A&O Shearman’s legal services are an integrated, seamless whole. From planning at the start of a matter through to execution and close, her objective is to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
