Louise advises on a broad range of capital markets transactions and has acted for managers and issuers across a variety of transactions including straight debt (Regulation S standalone bond issues, MTN programme establishments, updates and drawdowns); covered bonds; regulatory capital issues and green bond issuances. 

Louise has worked for managers and issuers from a variety of regions and industry sectors (including UK PLCs) and has experience of listing across a range of EEA markets. Louise has a particular focus on transactions involving issuers in the Nordic region.

Louise has spent time on secondment at two international investment banks; firstly focusing on structured finance and funds transactions and secondly working in transaction and risk management.

Assisted the International Refugee Assistance Project with Special Immigrant Visa applications for Afghan nationals

Worked on improving writing skills in primary school children through the Writing Partners scheme
