  • Aareal Bank on the refinancing of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, a newly developed, green skyscraper of the Austrian investor, Karimpol Poland.
  • ING Bank Śląski on a EUR63m and PLN142m financing granted to subsidiaries of Stena Real Estate Polen AB, a real estate division of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, in relation to the acquisition of two office buildings in Kraków and Wrocław.
  • Accolade, an international logistics, development and investment company on the EUR153m refinancing of its portfolio of logistics properties in Poland by Aareal Bank.
  • Aareal Bank on a EUR70m financing for Elite Partners Logistics 2, a special purpose vehicle of the Singapore-based fund Elite Partners Capital, in connection with the acquisition of six warehouses located in Mszczonów in Poland from P3 Logistic Parks.
  • Einkafs-Center Stettin G.m.b.H. & Co. KG spółka komandytowa on obtaining athe EUR106m term loan facility provided by Berlin HYP AG and DZ HYP AG for refinancing of the Galeria Kaskada shopping centre in Szczecin.
