Marc headed the Luxembourg Corporate/M&A practice until the beginning of 2020. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, securities and stock exchange-related work, takeovers and joint ventures.

He has more than 35 years of experience advising clients across all sectors, particularly financial institutions, private equity, real estate, insurance, energy, communications, media and technology.

Marc is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM), the American Business Association of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers Association (ALJB), the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and a founding member of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association (LAA). He is also amongst others a member of the board of directors of the Luxembourg Directors' Institute (ILA).

Marc was a corporate partner of the firm from 2000 to 2020. He acted from 2000 to 2008 as the Managing Partner of the Luxembourg office and as Senior Partner from 2008 to 2018. As from 1 May 2020 he is an of counsel of the corporate department.
