Prior to joining the firm, Marina gained a wide experience in this field as a trainee in several international law firms, in the legal/permanent control department of an investment banking group and at the French Financial Markets Authority.

Marina advises French and foreign companies on their authorisation and withdrawal procedures, on their issues related to UE and/or French regulation requirements applicable to banking services, payment services, investment services, electronic money services and crypto-assets services, applicable to the conduct of their activities.

Marina also advises on M&A transactions involving regulated entities.
