Marnix acts in a wide range of disputes (amongst other mergers and acquisitions, energy, construction, professional liability and insurance related matters), both in proceedings before the Dutch courts and in national and international arbitrations. Marnix frequently advises on various contractual and procedural issues. 

Marnix joined the firm in April 2007.
