Representative matters

  • A state-owned oil company in connection with the establishment of XRG, a US$80bn low-carbon energy and chemicals investment platform.
  • A state-owned oil company on the sale of interests in various onshore oil concessions to multiple oil majors and IOCs.
  • A state-owned oil company on its investment, alongside Mubadala and TAQA, into Masdar to create a growth platform to facilitate their collective investment in renewable power and hydrogen projects through the acquisition of an interest in Masdar and creating a new renewable hydrogen platform.
  • A state-owned oil company on its joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited for the joint construction and development of an integrated chlor-alkali and ethylene dichloride facility in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
  • A state-owned oil company on the unconventional gas concession for Ruwais Diyab. 
  • Advising the lenders in connection with the US$1.5bn Amaala Utilities Project in KSA.
  • A global energy corporation in connection with the proposed disposal of its interest in an LNG operating company.
  • Esso Italiana S.r.l., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation, on the disposal of Esso’s Italian downstream fuels business to Italiana Petroli (API).
  • A state-owned oil company on the sale by CEPSA of its entire upstream portfolio of assets in the UAE to TotalEnergies.
  • A major financial institution on the financing of a gold mine in South-East Asia.
  • Elemental Holding in connection with a private equity placement and investment.
  • A state-owned oil company L&S and A state-owned oil company in connection with A state-owned oil company L&S' US$769mn IPO and listing on the ADX.
