Matthew regularly advises on commercial contracts involving technology, data and the commercialisation of intellectual property (including hardware and software development and licensing, and branding related agreements).

Matthew also has experience advising on technology and IP related separation and transition issues in M&A transactions, and Australian privacy and data protection compliance.
